German model 1908 binoculars, dated 1916. Sharp and crystal-clear optics. The ersatz case has been modified to allow for neck carry. The strap is an ersatz French canteen belt, evidence of the exchanges and adaptations of the Great War. Very good state of preservation, well-preserved and functional. An authentic historical piece for collectors of World War I military equipment.
