Lot of 12 US D-rations dating from October 1943, lot number 274. Sourced directly from the United States.
The 12 cartons are in a good state of preservation and remain intact. The shipping carton bears the characteristic damp marks of its age, but retains the "QMC 10/43" marking and the lot number "274" written by hand, typical of 1943 mass production.
One box has been opened for verification. The inner paraffin paper packaging shows signs of wear expected for this period—cracks and fragility—consistent with the rapid production standards of October 1943. This box has been carefully resealed.
Unit weight: between 120 and 130 grams per carton.
An authentic historical piece from the Second World War, a testament to American rations of the era.
